Sewn up in your favourite colours, this runner will make a great addition to your Christmas decor. Plenty of negative space around the trees allows for fun and experimentation with your quilting, or consider using a patterned fabric in the border if you want a touch of decoration around the edges without fancy quilting.
No time for a full runner? Try the mini quilt! You'll find it comes together very quickly. You could even leave off the borders and add a layer or two of insulating batting to create some festive pot holders - they'd make great gifts.
The pattern contains detailed instructions, lots of colour diagrams, quilting illustrations and full binding instructions. Applique is included in the pattern, but there is no instruction on how to sew an applique stitch, so some knowledge of this, or a willingness to look it up, is needed.
